Canada Visa Process
Documents Required For SDS ( Student Direct Stream ) Visa Application:
- Offer of a place from designated learning institute
- Receipt for one year of tuition fee
- GIC certificate of Canadian dollars 10,000
- Upfront medical
- Academic IELTS score sheet with at least 6 in each of the four modules
- All transcripts and certificates
- Work Experience Certificate
- Letter of explanation
Documents Required For Non SDS Visa Application:
- Offer of a place from designated learning institute
- Receipt for one year of tuition fee
- GIC certificate of Canadian dollars 10,000
- Upfront medical
- Academic IELTS score sheet
- All transcripts and certificates
- Work Experience Certificate
- Letter of explanation
- Strong Proof of Financial Background (28 days old)
Visa Process:
- Apply online for student visa (SDS) on https://visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/can/
- Pay visa application fee online by credit or debit card and submit the application
(Visa Application Fee : CAD $ 150)
- Book an appointment to give your Biometric at Visa Application center after receiving BIL (Biometric Instruction Letter).
- Give Biometric at Visa Application Center on your booked time.
- Wait for the decision of your Visa Application.
- Once the study permit is approved the immigration will issue the passport request. The student has to mail passport to the closest VAC (Visa Application Center).
- After the passport is stamped the student can start planning to arrive in Canada. However, the student has make sure that they are not arriving to early, or too late to start for their programs. The average arrival time is 3 weeks before the program start date.
